No help at all . I left that place crying they made fun of something I said and they were really rude I just wanted to get my papers and get out of the door . I never had a experience like this . I was so scared to ask questions . Next time I'm going to the one in hyannis . They should change the employees . Security guys are awesome very polite

Cannot get a human to ask any questions regarding a lost refund check. Tried all IRS offices and get the same situation. Senior citizens would like speaking with humans.
