I don't really drink coffee, so I only ever come here for donuts and sandwiches. Sometimes I end up waiting 15 minutes for sandwiches, because the person who makes the sandwich is also often the person handling the drive thru. Other than that, I have no complaints.
The employees are very nice there they try to keep the place nice. They only thing that is wrong is when ever I go there people are always sitting around outside asking for money. I understand that they can't really do much about it they do ask them to leave but they walk away until the employee goes back in I've seen it for myself.
Noone can use the bathrooms because of overdoses. Bad neighbirhood horrible manager cant tell a junkie from a old lady!! i went to pearl st dunkin donuts nice manager that uses common sense lot nicer neighborhood. I was treated so badly had no sleeves on. And it was obvious im not on drugs . manager needs lessons on public relations
It is a very busy place with a little bit of wait time for me to order and go out with my order, expect to get mayo but no for my sandwich.
I use driver through and get good service
