I called the Civil Clerk Office to inquire about a document I received in the mail. The women spoke to me in such a condescending tone. I've lived in Brockton for many years and the focus is always the violence and alike. I'm sorry but it's the ignorance of people in such positions that only make it worse. What does it really take to be helpful and pleasant. Really poor!
As a practicing attorney I must go to Brockton Court often. The building is new and clean. There is a copy shop inside the building. The court offers free parking but the parking lot is usually full before 8:30 am.
