Good quality store. Does any one knows what is going to happen with the life time warranty craftsman tools if the store close down ,where do we return it if anything happens.
Great experience so far except in the shoe department I had to yell to get someone's attention and when she finally arrive she was less than gracious
I bought most of my home stuff from Sears but I was very unhappy with their service. Received my television without wall mount. Spoke with store manager but never got response back from them. Delayed my riding lawn mower delivery for 1 month. Now waiting for my stuff for last 2 months.Very rude call center. No help from them. But only 5 star I will give is to the employee name Shawn. Very helpful person. But the management is very rude. So please think before you buy from Sears. I am not going back there.
I go there for clothes and tools.
