The gentleman that helped my mom was very pleasant. But the cashier did not know what he was doing and I had a hard time understanding him.
Always have what I need or want..the Lowe's people are knowledgeable and friendly...sometimes it's had to find them
I went to find clamps, they were very easy to find and reasonably priced
No discount ? They sell these things as is?
This store is absolutelty atrocious all around. Disgraceful company that clearly does not care what happens to customers after they damaged and sold my parents what seems to be a defective washer machine. They paid for installation and delivery of a washer and dryer that after one wash that same day, flooded their entire bathroom, and exterior walls surrounding the b.r.. Water also seeped into the garage and carpets along side the bathroom. This store has done absolutly NOTHING TO HELP FIX THE ISSUES THEY CAUSED. Please do not stop their and if you do please know that if anything goes wrong, they will NOT fix or take accountability for their actions. Instead they force you to speak to the 3rd party who they subcontract out to, which are IMO, worse then them. We did not py a 3rd party, we paid them. Horredous customer service, products and follow through on customer issues all around. My advise is NEVER shop here, unless your willing to take big risk and have thousands of dollars to dish back out if something doesnt work or is damaged. Shop local stores for appliances and do not contribute to this corporations greed and carelessness.
