Worst agent.. cheating people.. deducting money without giving meaningful reasons..pls avoid them and even Arbella insurance...
I got a policy with this Agency and paid the 10% deposit and my first month payment. Everything clear the day i purchased the policy. A few days later the payment didn't go through.. So I didn't receive a notification from Bearingstar at ALL letting me know the payment didn't process so I could pay for everything the moment the payment didn't go through !! So I call in to request a payment arrangement because they didn't inform me about any payment decline and they told me NO ! So now I owe them for the first month payment and the deposit plus the following monthly payment all at the end of this month !!! Which is crazy ! If I sale a product to a customer and dont receive a payment I would be all over it ! They insured me without paying for the policy ???!! Weak Company pay the extra cash and go with a more professional agency !
