Your website says you are open from 9-4 however I have called several times on different days and have always gotten a busy signal. I know as a business who deals with people your phones are not constantly busy. This is unacceptable for anyone who needs to get a hold of you for various reasons.
I didn't even step into that building. I went back to my car and waited. Never going back there again.
TERRIBLE and very SLOW service. Government incompetence at it's best!
I arrived at 10:49am and was met with tight security (which is a good thing). There were a lot of people there yet I was still out of the building by 11:35am. The woman who assisted me was polite, friendly, and most importantly HELPFUL. The negative reviews here don't reflect what I experienced today.
I will not be returning back there. I don't like the fact I have to go through a metal detector or being searched just to apply for a social security card. It's demeaning and degrading. I haven't been in years, so this way a new experience for me. It's too much. Now I have to bring an ID card for my 16yr old when before all I needed was a birth certificate.
