This is supposed to be fast food, but unless you plan on waiting in line for a minimum of 15 minutes don't bother to visit this place. If you do have an extended amount of time to wait for your food be sure to check your bag before you leave because there is ALWAYS something missing from the order. As if this wasn't bad enough, there isn't any room to get out of the parking lot if you plan to go inside to get your food and there is certainly no way to get out of the line once you are in it.
I always am lucky, no wait time. Great customer services and foods always are hot just like I like it...
I was a appalled at one of the cashiers customer service. She had asked my husband to repeat him self 3 times and on the third time he was annoyed and she instantly got an attitude with BOTH of us. I am very polite and also a manager at a retail store so delivering good customer service is something I am passionate about, I was very uncomfortable being in there. She slammed my cup on the counter and then walked away. When she gave us our food she tossed it on the counter and walked away did not offer sauce so I had to go back up and ask for it when I did and this is the part that peeved me...she SHOVED the cart that was behind the counter twords me so I could reach it and then walked away...I was not rude to her one bit! And my husband was already having a bad day...I honestly believe she handled that in a poor manner. We have had nothing but bad experiences at this location and will not be returning.
There customer service sucks. There is only one cashier on at a time. People r standing in line for over 20 minutes and when they finally reach the cashier they don't know what they want. People u r standing in line for 20 minutes read the menu while u r waiting . People behind u already know what they want. So let them go first. Or train ur cashier better to help make a decision

I try to avoid this place, but my teenage son asks me to take him every now and then because he takes classes near by. Tonight I went through the driver through at 9:05 p.m. and didn't get out of there until after 9:20 p.m. and all I ordered was a few small things from Taco Bell. That was only to find out that a part of our order was missing. When I sent my nephew inside to get the item that was missing they young woman that he spoke to didn't want to replace the one item as though we were lying. Why would I lie for a $2.00 taco!!!!! ? I work in customer service and I manage a team of people that provide top notch customer service because they understand that if customers are not happy, they will NOT return. By far the worst experience I have ever had with food service.
