This is by far the worst cab service EvER the female dispatcher is extremely rude, after telling me it would be a 20-25 minute wait and then over an hour latter i call and she gives me the most disgusting attitude I have ever experienced! Customer service at its all time LOW! And I'm a regular customer who tips
The car I was picked up in was gross, it wrecked of cigarette smoke. The driver was rude, didn't get out of the car to help with my luggage. Not worth the cost at all.
It's an ok cab company if you have to get from point A to B and have no other option. The owner is over stressed and can hang up on you at times, but tries to be friendly. They don't have enough drivers. They speed out of control and get lost a lot. The drivers argue and swear over the walkie with coworkers. A driver threw away my children's coats even though I asked for them to be brought to the office when they were left in cab by my daughter on a warm day. I've had a driver slam his clipboard at me and scream at me at the window because he was almost 400 lbs and the owner did not tell him I was in a wheelchair that he needed to place in trunk. I had to send him away after he treatened death. But... I gave a 3 star review because the owner tries hard. He sent a taxi to me when I needed to go to the ER for a heart attack, in less than 5 minutes when the wait was over an hour. I will never forget that. In all fairness, it's a tough city at times, and there are a couple of great drivers.
