I'm am fed up with my mail being put in the other tenants mailbox. There Are 2 boxes both clearly marked with our names. Yet this new postal worker cannot seem to grasp that she is to separate the mail.

I went to go get my passport renewed. A good employee named Anna helped us. She was very nice except she didn't know how or what to do. I said: "That's Okay, take your time" She asked for help from a lady in the front desk, she wrote steps on the wall before she could finish another lady walked in and said that there was nobody in the front desk. She finished writing the steps then left. Anna then reached help in the back area. A nice lady popped out and told her the basics. The steps that one lady had written had been very complicated instead of basic. In the end we helped her finish and shoot the photo, and write down information. I give Anna a good report, and if it wasn't for her I would give this post office a 1 or a 2.

Be the change you wish to see in the world :)

Please have your drivers deliver packages. I can understand if I was not home for the package. When you don't do your job you are going to lie, when you lie it's not a good thing. I'am just tired of USPS drivers coming to my home never try to deliver packages but come in with a pre written card for customers to go pick up a package. So many times they do that to me and I'm sure to most people around the country. I call and speak to supervisors nothing ever get done about it. When someone pays for you to deliver something you must do what you was paid for. USPS is paid to "deliver" to my house not me picking up packages. I'm just tired of it all. Do your job and we will have a better USPS. If I call and say for USPS to hold my packages than you can hold them.

It is illegal for me to go thru his mail to find mine. And 80% of the mail is mine.

She rides in a truck. It's not that hard to pull and separate the mail....

I have never had an issue. They are always courteous and knowledgeable. Did you know they typically stay late to assist all the customers? Your bank doesn't do that and the police don't do that!
