Matt was super friendly. I arrived prior to opening and he was still ready to assist me. He quickly found my online reservation, showed me the unit and explained everything in detail. I was out the door quickly and set up with my storage unit. Excellent service!
First time renting. Made reservation online the night before and Andy called me the next day to make sure I was coming in. Got there and he was so busy he didn't even have lunch but took care of everyone including me and my husband. On the tour we didn't like the unit and he was so good in finding us another that we were able to use. Thanks so much Andy.

I have been renting storage unit for 3 years at main St facility,the price for unit has increased over the years however not too much.I have seen other storage company charge as much as my rent for smaller unit Macayla is very pleasant,friendly and helpful,great customer service.
