I found the staff to be very courteous, friendly and efficient. My rental experience was superb and I will definitely be a frequent renter.
Very polite and quick service
Worst place ever look I went there for a rental everything was fine insurance was ready to pay it and one agent said 100 security deposit. After that I didn't have the money I said I'll be back tomorrow and then I come two days later and a black agent I'm black too by the way but a black girl name krystle hassled me with regulations and bullshit and forced me to bring my mother for a rental. Which was needed the first time. She bullshit around and then another customer came she tried to charge them 250 deposit they agreed and then they a they said on the phone they only had to pay 41 instead of 272 She said my mistake and lowered the price to the advertised amount. Then when it's my turn she tries to charge me 3"0 dollars for a deposit and then I told her she is wrong and that the deposit was 100 she said because my car was total loss it's 300 then I told her that my car was known as total loss and still the deposit was 100. This place is horrible the Krystal girl is rude and fishy she is a stealing money from people with fake prices . I highly recommend hertz across the street
