Mike delivered the car because Christine was off on the day I traveled from New Hampshire to Brockton, MA (she didn't tell me or ask me to come another day but instead made sure that everything was set up and/or communicated in her absence).
Straightforward, honest, and caring are just a few additional words that come to mind to describe my experience. This is my first Lincoln and first purchase from Champion Lincoln but it will not be my last. I hope to see each of them again in a few years!
I've been getting my Lincoln serviced here for a while now and the service department is amazing! they always take care of my car and i know i can trust them fully. They also wash and clean it after every appointment. You can book your appointment online which is wicked convenient. Very nice and friendly people too. I ended up buying a ford from them after my mkz needed too much work, I went to them because i liked and trusted the service department already so i wanted to buy a car there too. I met Linda, she's very nice you can definitely trust her I'm actually glad i dealt with her because after i bought the car I had a couple minor issues they ended resolving very quickly but I felt like the car still wasn't the best choice for me so i spoke with the general manager asking about another car on their lot and if i could trade the ford back and buy that car for full price. His response was it would be too pricey for you to do that. Thanks but i dont need another financial advisor especially from a car salesman. I'm guessing his actual reason was because there was 2 hours until closing and he didnt want to fill out the paperwork. Take a lesson from one businessman to another, the customer is always right. So i ended up buying a nice newer mkz from another dealer. My advice is to deal with Linda for sales and definitely get your car serviced here.
They were accommodating and went above and beyond to "make the deal happen". There were none of the usual dealership games/tactics.
After having a difficult experience with the Lincoln dealership closest to my home I expressed my interest in a vehicle in the Champion Lincoln inventory. My inquiry was quickly responded to by Christine. Effectively and efficiently she answered all my questions and emailed me additional pictures (that she took herself) because I live nearly 100 miles from the dealership.
Tim and Alan worked the numbers and financing for 3-4 hours to get a "formula" that worked for the lender, the dealership, and my budget.
