Don't buy from them. They'll sell you by lying and telling you the warranty package covers every single thing in the car then when something goes bad with your car that was no fault of your own 5-6 months later, they'll charge you an arm and a leg and say that the warranty doesn't cover this part. How convenient huh
Just recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Sienna. Our experience was extremely positive....... from beginning to getting our inspection sticker. Very nice people to do business with and no "hard sell". "Hard sell" techniques turn my husband and I off very quickly.
The most easiest transaction ever! I absolutely love my used 2010 4-Runner which looks and runs like new! Best purchase I made! Nha Nguyen was a very helpful salesman and I appreciate him sitting at the Rhode Island registry for me! :-) Happy Holidays Nha!!!
Absolutely 5 stars for Copeland's Parts/Service Department. They've serviced my car for the past 4 years and I'm always extremely pleased. They have convenient service hours (open early/close late), are so attentive when you first arrive to drop off or pick up your car (someone literally comes to you within a minute of you pulling in to greet you/check you in), the work is top-notch and the technicians/customer service guys always explain what's going on with the vehicle in an easy-to-understand way. I will continue going to Copeland because of their superior Parts/Service Department!
Service- I continue to feel disrespected by each Toyota dealerships due to how long it takes to service your car when you have made a specific appointment. Furthermore I bought the warranty for my tires when I leased the car 6 months ago and it led to me having to come in twice. To change my tire took just shy of 2 hours and I was quoted less than an hour. I continue to regret getting a new car through a big corporation. Lastly.. the small things they are suppose to do to make one's wait more tolerable...when no snacks; charging station doesn't have my phone plug and Dr. Phil was on the television... So other than the free coffee not much positive on my experience.
