We worked with Jennifer for the process of buying a new car. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and extremely kind and friendly. We did not feel pressured which was great! The first offer was very reasonable where as in the past at other dealers I have felt they give you a deal that is way above what is even reasonable. Upon pickup of the new car Jennifer was so helpful in making sure we understood all features of the car. Process was smooth all the way. Would definitely recommend this dealership and would return to work with Jennifer in the future!

Fourth, they insisted that any deal was contingent upon me financing through the dealership. At 6% interest! That is borderline usurious.
I recently bought a used car at this dealership. The service and professionalism were downright awful.
Second, when they registered my car, the wrong vehicle model number appeared on the registration. They would not address the issue and told me I should contact the registry myself to investigate the inconsistency. Sorry, when I buy a car I expect it to be correctly identified on the registration.
He then went all out to deliver, really extending himself to get the deal over the line by making timely use of factory rebates to put together just the deal I needed.
Third, they only filled the gas tank 1/4. Apparently, that's standard protocol. Only after I expressed my dismay over this issue did they fill the tank.
First, after we came to terms on numbers, they tried to add a $995 "refurbishment" fee onto the price of the car. Don't fall for it. When I asked to see where that was disclosed on their website they could not show me. It's patently illegal and the AG should investigate. How many folks have fallen for this?

First of all I live in Rhode Island. I called 24 jeep since my lease was up on my existing Grand Cherokee. I called to discuss pricing on leasing a new Grand Cherokee. The representatives I spoke with were courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was able to work out pricing over the phone before driving up there. I was able to get an outstanding deal better than any dealership I went to in Rhode Island ( I did visit a few ). When I showed up to sign the deal the General Manager of the dealership greeted me....WOW. I had never spoken to more than the sales manager in other dealerships even after buying a vehicle. Not only that I needed an oil change on my present vehicle and the GM drove it over to service for me. I would highly recommend 24 Jeep to anyone looking to get into a new or used jeep. I would tell other Rhode Islanders to make the drive up it is worth it!
At some point during this sh*tshow, they offered me 1 year of "free" maintenance on the car, knowing full-well that I live 30 miles away from the dealership. It was a hollow offer, and they know it.
This dealership's management/owner should know that the service here is a rip-off. I'm not saying this because of just one incident. Decided to put this review after having three disappointing services. I bought my Grand Cherokee here and go for regular servicing to the same place. Just today, the service 'technician' did not do the tire rotation after they recommended me doing it but charged me anyway. They refunded the amount after confronting. The service manager is not even concerned or apologetic! His answer was simply 'he forgot'. And they did not reset the oil health check indicator during the previous service. I had to go for wheel alignment within 3 months of buying the vehicle and they screwed up the alignment and the steering was not aligned properly after clearing air pockets. 1 bad service can be excused as a benefit of doubt. but 3 is not at all excusable. I'm not visiting this place ever again and they lost prospective 2018 Wrangler buyer. They do not deserve even 1 star. Giving this 1 star only for complimentary coffee and massage chair. I now doubt if they had actually performed all the recommended services at every manufacturer recommended miles. They really fooled me.
I generally hear or watch these type of rip-offs on TV by investigative reporters and now I'm experiencing it first hand. Thanks to technician and the service manager for making me lose confidence on your dealership!

Finally, when I jumped in the car to drive away I noticed that the floor mats had been removed. I asked about this and was told the car was sold "as is." Unbelievable. Especially considering that they have a nearly identical car for sale on the lot which presumably has floor mats.
I was also impressed with the team that he has put together, including a sales named Beethoven, who helped orchestrate the process of getting the car ready and me out the door, totally satisfied customer.
