Good location, big rooms w/fridge and microwave, good service.
Great location near Westgate mall. The rooms are nice, spacious amd clean. And the staff is courteous and helpful
Booking was great and the staff was fantastic. The rooms are basic but nice. My only problem was they called me in the middle of the day to let me know I'd be losing my security deposit because I got blood on the sheets (surprise period) and to ask why there was blood on the sheets. Not the best conversation to have to have while with a future employer.
Easily one of the worst hotels I’ve Dealt with in the way of service. Constantly flipping blame of their incompetence to the customer when it came to owning up to broken amenities such as broken hot tub, key entry to doors, etc etc. Not one inch was taken towards helping their guests. I’ve never left a negative review anywhere online . This place deserves it 100%.
This is by far one my recent Favorite hotel chains. Customer Service at this location is on point... My experience was great and I highly recommend. By the way, take your swimming suit and relax in the jacuzzi or go for a swim... Breakfast was great as well...and the Cookies and Coffee were fresh, tasty excellent.. Give it a go, you won't regret it!!
