Dirtiest hotel room I ever sleep in. The room had chicken bones and some other trashes on the floor. Rudest overnight staff ever. I only wonder if they changed the sheets.
This Holiday Inn is great. It'd located right next to a big shopping center so your restaurant options are endless! Check in was a seamless process and rooms were nice and clean. It was nice to have a microwave in room to heat up and any leftovers. The breakfast in the morning was a continental breakfast. Definitely one if the better ones I've had. Options included pancakes, cereal, muffin, fruit, omelets, and then some. Definitely would stay here again.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! Staff was pleasant, and greeted you with a smile. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Over all a good night stay, we will visit again!
Well kept property convenient to local highways and shopping. Room was updated and clean. Bed was terrific with quality linens and great pillows. Bathroom was in need of some touch ups but clean. Pool was small but nicely kept as was the gym. Breakfast choices in the great room were a good mix along with a good cup of coffee. 4 stars not 5 due to having to roam all 3 floors in a search for ice and bottled water. 3rd floor vending machine was out of water/no ice machine, 2nd floor vending was out of order/no ice machine, 1st floor had an ice machine and water, though not the kind advertised on the button.
Either this place is brand spanking new or they do an incredible job of maintenance. The desk people were great. My Room was clean. Really really clean. We are having to work in downtown Boston but cannot afford to stay there. A bit of a drive but totally worth getting out of the crazy city and having a nice clean bed to lay in.
